We recommend annual servicing for all our products. For our electric sliding shutters, we have developed a troubleshooting chart to make it easy to troubleshoot what is wrong with the shutter and to know which spare parts need to be replaced.

Either the inspection of the shutter and replacement of spare parts is carried out by the user or the service is ordered from us at ErgoSafe.A tip: if there is a problem with the sliding shutter, perform a reset, i.e. disconnect the power and restart the sliding shutter.
